Media Composer vs Adobe Premier

I am an old school Avid Editor who is now running a corporate facility. We have both Avid and Premier.

I have been tasked with picking one platform for the enterprise. My six editors all like working in Premier. We seldom use the Avids. Have there been any shootout comparisons that look at editing speed, working with AE, etc.?

Any input would be appreciated.
