I am not a pro or even an advance operator. With that said I need a little held. I am using Pinnicale studio 16 on one computer and with the new computer Pinnicale studio 19. I took a number of videos on my I6 apple pjone and did not realize that the phone had to be sideways to see the video correctly on my pc. I have been unable to down load to Pinnicale studio 16 directly and when I try from my computer I just get a green screen. How do I fix this. Thanks
