It's that time of the year, again. I am being innundated with reminders that my perpetual license is about to expire. I've been to MY SUBSCRIPTION page, but, it does not show that Auto Renewal is turned on. In fact, it simply says my subsrcription is expiring.
In an effort to stave off the annual fiasco surrounding renewal, I'm pre-empting things by sending you a request for help. The renewal process for my subscription is beyond my comprehension and feeble mind being able to understand.
