Check your credit card! Billing issues

I found this month that Avid has double-billed me. $30 on April 5 and another $30 on April 6. This sort of glitch, which should never happen with an automatic system, is very worrisome. I try to keep track of what appears on my credit card, but as I'm sure we all experienece, it can be difficult to keep up. It's disconcerting that this process can double bill for no apparent cause (there hasn't been any weird issues or changes with my billing recently).  So this a PSA! Check your bill, too! 

 

*note* I submitted a request to the billing department to have it correted and am awaiting the reply.
