Hi,
I'm currently trying to export an OMF file to be taken into Adobe Audition. I'm using AVID 8.3.1 (I've had to change the format of my project from 1080p to a PAL 25p to be able to have the option for OMF export?). I have tried every variation of the Export Method (linking to the media, consolidating, copying) combined with every variation of the Media Destination (Media Drive, Embedded in OMF, Folder) onto my external hard drive (ExFat) or a local drive and the exact same error comes up everytime;
"Operation not supported, filename:(destination)Creating/creating"
There are no symbols or characters in there that AVID dislikes either.
If anyone can provide a solution I will be eternally grateful.
My system is OS X Yosemite 10.10
