Hi, Im trying to deliver an IMX50 file to a broadcaster, the native project is 1080 50i when I export an IMX50 direct from Avid MC V8.3.1 there is a black bar at the top of the file. VLC thinks the file is 720x608 which explains the problem but has anyone come across a work around? I have tried switching the project to 25i and exported an IMX50 but the black bar was still present. Even if I export a QT file either HD or SD into Adobe Media Encoder and use the IMX50 preset the black bar is still there on the resultant file. Can anyone offer any words of wisdom?
