I've been at this for weeks now, and no answers or suggestions from Avid support :-/ (Case : 02939454)
ISIS|1000 v.5.0.1 with Dell N2024, 4 Mac Pro workstations with 5.0.1 client;
Media Composer 8.4.5 is slow in most operations, and randomly freezes and crashes.
If we copy the project to local storage all the Macs behaves as expected, and speed tests to the server are okay.
The assistant set up a new Mac Mini that seems faster and does not crash all the time?!?
Specs:
3 Mac Pro's 4.1, and one 5.1 16GB ram
OS 10.10.5, MC 8.4.5, ISIS Client 5.0.1
Aja IO Express
The Mac Pro's are connected to the Dell switch thru ethernet port 2, and port 1 is used for internet/DHCP. (Port 1 disabled in ISIS client.)

Anybody knows what could be causing this???
