PMM_SYNC_FAILURE

I have some sequences i've assembled in a NTSC project however every time I bring them over into a PAL project and the sequence is converted to 50i almost every sequence errors out when attemping to play with a PMM_SYNC_FAILURE.

Any ideas on how to resolve or what the problem is here?
