Folks...
We seem to be having an issue with AppMan and My Avid where some people are reporting that AppMan states
" there are no products in your account " ( and you know you have product)
or
" there is a problem logging into your account - reattempting user login ". ( and keeps doing this )
There is an issue and it has been escalated and IT will jump on it.... I will report back when we know more.
