Drastic Technology XAVCs plugin not working

I've been using the Drastic Technology (media Reactor) plugin to link and transcode XAVCs in media composer for months with great success.

However yesterday when I went to use it I would experience hard crashes everytime I attempted to link to a file. I was running OSX 10.10.5 and Media Composer 8.4.5

I've been working with support from Drastic Technology to find a fix, but to no avail.

After it appeared I exhausted all their options, I decided to upgrade Media Composer to 8.6 and reinstall the plugin fresh. I've seen slight improvement, in that my AVID doesn't crash but it just no longer works.

Curious if anyone experienced issues with this plugin? Support thought I might have installed a new program that is conflicting with it, but I haven't installed anything new since the last time I successfully used the plugin.

Any ideas or insight would be appreciated.
