Panasonic P2 Material - which project and transcode settings?

...and thank you in advance for your help with the following two questions:

I am on MC 8.4.5 and need to edit a TV-Documentary with a lot of "Panasonic P2 AVC-Intra 100, HD1080i, 25 FPS, 114Mbps, 4:2:2, bith depth: 10 bits" Material.

I. Which project settings do I need to chose?

II. And into which format do I have to transcode  the material (best possible quality) after linking it with the Panasonic P2 Plugin?
