Mixed Frame Rates accidentally used in timeline via AMA

Really desperatly need help!  Thanks in advance!

I'm using Avid Media Composer 6.5.2.  I accidentally cut togeher my project using several mixed frame rates (24, 23.98, 29.97, 30) although the majority of my footage is 24 (I now realize).  My project was set as a 1080p/29.97.  It looks fine when played back but I'm running into problems exporting.  There are extra frames between cuts and blending of shots etc.

There are many questions on the forum about how to start a project with multiple frame rates but I can't find any answers on what to do if you've already cut your project using multiple fps.  I understand that you can open different projects for each frame rate, transcode, then bring them into your desired project by opening a bin...but if I do that now how does that help me if I've already cut into the timeline from the ama files with different fps?  I could open a bin from a different project and bring in a master clip but I've already cut my project from the AMA files.

Thanks so much!
Richard
