I upgraded to windows 10 a few days ago and now I can't sign into Avid. Trial mode is not available, I called customer support yesterday and the tech specialist said he would have someone call me back. No call yet and I'm working out of the office today. Any advice ?
I'm really disappointed in this Avid activation process, I've had problems with it in the past. Maybe Avid should have a special customer support line just for activation problems instead of waiting multiple days for service.
