RX 5 Sync seems off in Avid MC 8

I'm using RX 5 in avid to de-click a sound track, it is sound of an interview and it looks off.  I added the RX 5 correction using the Audio Track Effect Tool to the left of the time line. Does anyone have any experience using RX 5 on the time line?
