motion effects icon

Hi again,

Trying to add the motion effect icon to my source window tool bar. When I use the ctr 3 pallette and drag the icon, it keeps beeping when I click on it. On my MC3.0, I used to make and in and out, click on the motion effect icon and a window would ask me what percentage to slow it down or speed it up or fit fill.  Where did that go?

Using MC 5.0 now with windows 10.
