Dynamic Media Folder sony xdcam pxw-fs7 Error Folder Structure

I have folder of footage filed on the Sony pxw-fs7 in the MXf format AVCHD-I 4k format.

I would like to copy the folder from the memory card, onto the raid, into say a folder rushes.

In the Avid Dynamic Media Folder I would like it to watch the rushes folder for any new files.

Then do a transcode into low res proxy files into Avid Media folder, then relink. Media Composer is the latest downloaded today 8.6.3. I get an error AMA link operation failed for folder
