Hi all,
This is a question instead of a problem. Is there a point to using letterless UNC drive mapping in the client manager if MC can't use the path to mount the drive? In other words, is there any way to get around the Windows drive letter issue?
One of our facilities has been mainly Mac but we're looking to PCs for the next hardware upgrade. The way the ISIS was set up (before I started) is that each project has its own workspace so a couple times a year the editors are mounting around 25 volumes to create sizzle reels and that sort of thing.
I'd like to get them away from 1 project per workspace but until I can do that is there any way to, say, mount 30 drives on a Windows client?
Thanks.
