Nvidia Driver and Anniversary Update

Hello!

I'am getting a bit confused about Nvidia Driver and Anniversary Update for WIN 10:

Question 1: I've got Nvidia Quadro M4000 (is it the same as Quadro 4000?) with WIN 10 without Anniversary Update, which driver should i install, 353.82 or 362,12?

Question 2: should/can I upgrade to Anniversary Update or not? Which Nvidia Driver should I install then?
