I have a very strange issue.
When working with transcoded video (DNxHR SQ 50p) in a 25p project (transcoded using 'keep source framerate'), everything works fine at first. I can promote the segment and change speed from 200% to 100% to use slow motion, and everything looks great.
But when I render my sequence, all files look extremely low quality and is unusable.
My first thought was that it was because of wrong timewarp settings, but it also happens on files that I didn't touch (although they offcourse are also timewarped to 200% to play realtime).
Why is Avid handling the Timewarp on DNxHR-stuff so strangely?
For this project, making a seperate 50p-project, where transcoding to DNxHD (240, because of 50fps) is an option, and manually change the DNxHR-files with the DNxHD-files (via file --> open bin) was a solution for me.
But unfortunately when selecting 'keep source framerate' when transcoding 50p material in a 25p project. there's no option to choose DNxHD-codecs, only DNxHR.
