Dear Community,

I am currently working on a feature documentary as an AE and producers are at a point where they cannot afford to go to a post finishing house to finish and switch to online. I was nominated against my will to do and although I can just walk away, I don't want to loose a really nice relationship that I've built this far.

Although I have up-ressed (many a time) smaller sequences in the past, this will be my first that I've joined a project where I was not the original team who ingested the footage.

The original team ingested at DNx36 for offline and from my knowledge, there were 4 teams in between before myself and the Editor finished the project. I do not have much info about the process of how this project was bought in but being a documentary there is about 25 minutes of Archive footage at multiple Frame rates (23.98, 24, 25, 29.97)  on this sequence. The original team built the project at 23.98, 1080p, (as they should've done since the footage was shot 23.98 Anamorphic at 3k and 4k and imported from transcoded footage into a 1080p project.  The Master footage exists on 5 separate drives and we are at a point of locking the picture and I want to get a sense of what I need to do to get the footage all online.

Besides batch importing which would be my last option, and the next option being re-linking to drives (which I did a test and did not work) I added Tape ID and set my settings to re-link using Tape ID and that worked. But now I need to AMA link about 16TB worth of footage and add tape Id's to almost all of them for this to work (which in terms of time is not a feasible option)

How do I go about my next step? Help!
