Changing frame rates in a project

Hi folks,

Thanks for your time. Here is my situation.

I have a project set up for 1080p 23.997 fps. I have quite a bit of footage that was shot at 59 fps for the purpose of slowing down in post. I have been transcoding this footage at DNxHR HQX and when I change the playback rate to 23.997 it looks great. My problem is that in some cases I want to use the footage at regular speed. I can't figure out how to do this best. Is there a way to convert the frame rate in these cases?
