Working in 8.4.0
I am in the process of taking a legacy project which was created 7 years ago for TV and delivering it for a web paltform.
The original material was cut and created in 1080i/50fps in the YCbCr 709 Colourspace.
I created a new project at 1080p and imported all the required bins then refreshed all sequences and converted them to 1080p 25fps as per delivery requirement.
However delivery specs require Apple Pro Res HQ and when my project is in RGB 709 colourspace the only only video mixdown options are 1:1 RGB, DnxHD 4444 or Apple Pro Res 4444 ? Apart from the fact that is not the format required the files sizes are obvioulsy huge and impossible for me to handle currently.
Is there a solution here or do I just continue to mixdown video in YCbCr 709 and then on export "scale from legal to full"? My thoughts are this will have an impact on the image?
