'Trial Period Expired' Issue...

Hello,

I've been a Sibelius 7.5 user for a couple of years now, and during that period I've always used it on my Apple Mac computer, the software has never been installed or registered on any other computer.

I was working on my latest piece last night, saving the score at around 19:00, however, when I tried to fire-up Sibelius 7.5 this morning to continue my work, Sibelius told me that my 30-day trial period had ended, so I'll no longer be able to save my work.

I have not upgraded the Mac OS for some time, and the product has worked well with 'El Capitan' for months.

 

The product has only ever been installed on this computer, but attempts to manually register the product tell me "cannot have more copies assigned than total available", so it's all a bit frustrating.

Please can someone help?
