We use the MediaCentral UX app on iPads, and it looks like the update on the 25th broke our ability to use it with iNews. I've tried putting in a ticket with no response, I've tried calling for help but I end up on hold (last night before I gave up it was 5 1/2 hours, today so far its 1 1/2) and I'm getting really tired of listening to the on-hold music. Is there any other way that I can get someone to talk to about our problem?
