we have "airspeed 5500 H.264 low res proxy option" for the two server airspeed for ingest with this part number
9935-65170-00 my question we need to know exactly what this option doing ,is it software only? and also how could i chek that i have already this option in our devices ?
i read and know that this option is for making low res clips instanteously while making ingest,,,if i don't have this option what is the matter ?
