Dear Expert,
When I check in bin for Interplay in Media Composer 8.5.3, an error message shown
"Error saving composition to asset manager. An internal client error occured. java.lang.RuntimeException: [amq] Response have not arrived yet or arrived in wrong format. Method: getMediaIndexerinfo, queue: queue://client.mmmac02.avid.cu.com.ID:mmmac02.avid.cu.com-49704-1504754160702-24:1"
It seems to no response from indexer, I have restart the Interplay Engine, restart the interplay service and still cannot be fix. All of the client in our lab have get the same error. Any setting in MC / indexer / interplay admin that i can make?
